Shared some beers with friends tonight:

Not bad, not great; low carbonation, malty:


Sour, hazy, pours like grapefruit juice:

A bit of smoke, but not much else. Maybe I'm just the just not that into Gratzers (not that I'd know, as this is my first), maybe I had it too cold, but definitely not what I expected from 3 Floyds.

Opened a 2009 label with a few of my groomsmen, on my wedding day, a couple weeks back and found it to be really funky (similar to aged 3F) and still decently carbed. Very tasty and refreshing. Obviously batch variation and the extra year could be to blame, but it could have just been a bad bottle too.

Yesterday... Nope nope nope - too much carbo, not enough depth. Poured it in the sink.

Today... Nope - not my thing... Don't like the peated flavour... Pouring it in the sink...

That's the idea! Broken bottle, no leak, no returned/undelieverable package.

Here's some recents:

Top notch. Think I liked Double Citra the slightest bit more though.

Really good. Not as good as some of Lawson's other IPA's though IMO

Nice and light and lemony. Really excited to see how this one ages.

Super sour. Pretty good.

This was pretty good. Hint of acidity threw me off though.

Nightshift Morph Batch #4. Not as good as earlier iterations but still good.

Picked up two of those. Mikkeller for a local hotel. (www.michelbergerhotel.com)
PA. Pretty good. Very dry, quite hoppy, lots of exotic fruit.
