@nahneun surly got his pair. There are some sizing / wrong pair issues but hopefully he wouldn't mind to take a fit anyway and drop a few words.

Yes and no. I realized right away I'd used the wrong address and emailed the store the correct address immediately. They still shipped to the wrong address

The shoes should have been sold to a merchant like re-porter. I'm extremely happy to own them, but paying nearly $2k for, in effect, used boots is emotionally... confusing. I'd still say they were worth it.

Anyway, thx for the support -- good to know I'm not crazy.

Dude if these were close to 2k on sale, i'd bite the bullet and return. Retailer shouldn't do that.

It feels like good CS drops off in the realm of what we buy here. I don't understand that, the more expensive an item is the better the service should be. Not the other way around.

My guess is pair Cdiem S40M in BV01R col 9. The shape is looks a bit off because the instep has been stretched.

Maybe the antiquing reduces the fragility of the leather? Otherwise it seems like a weird choice for anything other than a wallet or handbag.
