I'm looking to buy a pair of the 788z, but I've never had Guidi's before, so I am a bit apprehensive on the sizing.

hide-m says it fits a size small my feet are 25.6cm in length, so I was thinking of going for a size 43. Would that work out?

Last time I tried those on was in size 45 (I am usually a 44) so that checks out. I’d def go 1-1.5 sizes bigger on the 788z model and I think I took a 46 in 988.

anyways just ask Holger if he is ok with returns or buy from somewhere with easy return policy.

that "puzzle icon" is a symbol indicating that it's leather. it's the outline of a hide.

Anyone familiar with the Guidi 792 derbies or Guidi derbies in general? Finally managed to find a retail pair for a good price after looking for them on and off the past couple of years. I went up to my usual Guidi size of 44 (which was the biggest size in stock) so I'm hoping they fit well. Any knowledge is appreciated.

I have a pair, but not those. They all seem to fit the same excepting the whole cut ones, which I also have and seem to fit more true to size.

Yes I did buy them. I'm just asking about whatever. How's the sizing? How do they age? Are they cool? Do they suck? Do you like the color? What's your favorite Guidi derby? What's your favorite color?

How do Guidi 788z fit? I’m not sure if it’s true to size, a size down, or a size up? I’m a true 11.5 but I also have wide feet.
