Figured I’d try the C2 Moc’s on the lately much-discussed crepe soles. They actually don’t look too bad and are oh so comfy. Not nearly as certain about the conversion at this point.

Indoors, outdoors, and well, you know……

Since everyone liked the picture of the cap toe boots here's another one from recently. I noticed, that my 684s are much darker, but the lack luster and depth compared to the cap toes. Seems like the Alden finish on Color8 hides some of the magic from the leather. Either way, I really get used to the look of these (will have them refinished at the factory with the original coating tho when worn through)

How is this fit? There’s a little space at instep, particularly left. Room enough at heel so an index finger tip can be used instead of a horn. Minimal movement at heel which I wouldn’t exactly describe as a slip. Toes are “comfortably snug” with longest reaching inner apron stitching. Ball hits at widest point. Without socks I can slip feet in unaided.

For reference these 684’s on Aberdeen are 11.5D. Happy with fit on Barrie 9901 in 11D.
You sure you don't need a bit more width? I feel like I see a good bit of pinky toe popping out there.
