can’t comment on any differences between the calf skin and unlined suede. but, if you’re satsified with how the calf fits then you should be ok with the same size in the cordovan. i have both and am speaking from my experiences.
Thank you, that's very helpful.

For those wondering about how resilient smooth chamois is to water, here is an example of water spots from light sprinkles yesterday.

And here is the same boot after less than 1 minute of brushing with a nylon suede brush.

I didn't touch the uppers, just the vamp and toe. Looks brand new and didn't apply any products prior to wearing them, nor did I apply anything while brushing. Great materials and hope more Alden make-ups feature this smooth chamois!

I’m a big fan of it. Have a jumper coming in the fall that I’m super excited about

@Shawnc - your closet purge has me inspired! The last few years have completely changed the way I dress and it may just be time to evaluate what's been buried in those green boxes!

Ha, glad I could help. As I said, it really feels good to list them and even better as they start to sell. I say go for it!

Are there any retailers out there that offer snuff suede Indy boots on the Plaza last? I know B+M has done them before, but nothing is currently available.

Planning my next purchases is driving me crazy. Decisions, decisions!

Color #8 LWB +
snuff suede LHS loafers

or

Color #8 LHS loafers +
snuff suede LWB

Any considerations? I’m tending towards the second pair. None of these is redundant in my collection as I have no LWB yet, no cordovan shoes and only one loafer.

First pair is the classic set up
