I know Aldenmadison can send to Europe, and also the Alden SF-store, but with more expensive shipping. Anywhere else I should know about? Perhaps a European outlet?

Killer boots! What size are you and is that TB last? The toe stitching looks different from my pair and I can't figure if it's last related or size.
