Well, after 9 years of wear my Indy boots have ripped at the soles. Going to go for a restoration. They are in great shape otherwise.

9 years doesn't seem bad, sending to Alden? Or someone else?

With all this sun-fading, the market for ravello is going to drop precipitously!

Is anybody selling unlined shell LHS s these days?

No, not fully unlined like the BB loafers. Alden generally won't do them anymore due to issues with tears in the heel during production. They may end up doing a partially unlined LHS with an unlined toe at some point and I think Frans Boone has something like that on Copley at the moment.

Something tells me that won' t happen. There are only a few sun-fading, and Ravello is such a cool color to begin with. Now if Alden would bring back color #4, the sun-fading would stop......
