That they don’t know a damn thing about menswear

I always tell people that if they’re looking for advice on satorialism, to go to styleforum. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen terrible advice from people who get their information from GQ or something. I’ve seen people getting KILLED here trying to ask for fit advice or something.
But I’ve realized that this community is just so much more knowledgeable. You all have helped me so much throughout the years and I feel like I’m not even at the top of my game yet.

So thanks everyone , keep up that high standard.

Think some of the basic wardrobe-building guides on Reddit are quite good for people starting out especially at the typical 20-something budget. Otherwise I agree, I almost never visit Reddit for clothing advice.

Reddit is a complete cesspool. One of the best things I did was to stop going on there.
