It features full canvas construction. Made in Italy to the highest standards. It is tagged a 40R US / 50R EU, but runs small and fits like a true 38R US / 48R EU. (See measurements below. Please read carefully as returns will not be accepted. A shoulder measurement of 17.65, a chest of 20.75 and a jacket length of 28.75 correlate with a size 38R) The quality of the 100% wool fabric on this suit is superb. Spring-summer weight. Very crisp. Corneliani sources fabrics from some of the best mills in the world for its suits. This suit is no exception. It would make an excellent addition to any closet. The fabric can be characterized as an open-weave wool "fresco." It feels very similar to the much-raved about fabric from the English mill of Hardy Minnis. This fabric has a dry texture and an "open weave" to let in the air during the warmer months. It wears very cool in the warm weather. The open weave texture also resists wrinkles and drapes very well.
