On the other hand, I'm not sure I can abide these stains. http://imgur.com/a/J1YRA

Would you still wear them? I'm not sure how these came about. I've heard different things. Bleach in the detergent. Glue from the insole that wicks upward as the shoe dries.

Should I just wear them anyway?

I think this is residual detergent still in the canvas. Give a good thorough rinse and scrub, no more soap or detergent. I've had this problem before.

I've tried rinsing and it doesn't seem to improve. Heck, they're only $60. Maybe I'll just grab another pair.

Thoughts on Mr.B for Aldo? They just came out with these:

700

Very CP like, but the material seems to be nubuck.

anyone know if something with the CdG Play x Converse sizing changed within the last year or so? I could swear they used to come in half sizes and now every store I've checked with only has whole sizes.

Anyone have any experience with Ambassadors by Verginia?

They have highs and lows in leather and suede colorways. Made in portugal using what appear to be the margom soles.

Found these on rakuten and might get a pair proxy'd.

They're cp ripoffs that are about $30-40 cheaper (after proxy fees) than you can find cps on sale. I don't see the point.

Maybe the weird colorways, but no way you can get white CP lows at that price
Quite like the look of the slip-ons, particularly the blue suede ones...

After proxy fees those will end up being around $200... not including shipping fees. So maybe $210-220?

TBS has CPs for around $250 at the beginning of every season.

They were on sale. I was able to get a pair from End for 290ish with a code and a pair of navy/white ones for $170. At the end of every season lots of stores will give huge discounts to clear up inventory.
