So you are saying if you have to ask you probably can't afford it anyway? 🤣

As much as I like Alden, I'll never pay upwards of $1700-$2000 for a pair of "rare" shell cordovan. If I sell a pair, I only try to break even. At the end of the day, a pair from a waitlist or a reasonable pre-owned pair will pop up. I have learned patience.

May I ask what your actual feet measurements are? I've been eyeing these shoes but scared to put have since I'm unfamiliar with the sizing. The internet seems to say both size up or size down on the exact same shoe. Thank you!
I can measure for you. I am a so.I’d size 6 with a wide foot so the E helps for a more comfortable fit.

There’s nobody paying those prices here.
Most people are breaking even with fees and shipping costs.

No one here may be buying, but there are plenty of people selling for those prices on the secondary market. God bless, if they can get it. I have pretty much curated my collection to the point I’m not really lusting after any particular makeup. For me, price increases and gouging has made the game lose its luster. Champagne taste, beer money. 👍🏾

Not like that one guy that was posting pairs on here for like $1500. Gave me a good chuckle

See now that's a reasonable price. And if they were half a size bigger it would be an insta-buy for me.

I remember last year when someone was selling a pair of NIB Plaza Ravello Atom's for $400, and I told myself I was going to sleep on it... They were sold by the time I decided to spring for it. Smh.
