would you kindly share what rates are you being offered?Getting quoted 30yr mortgage rates at my 15yr rate though the fees are quite high. I wonder how the fees can swing so wildly from the same company on a day-to-day basis.
The new version (while still metal) is much lighterMy Ritz is really solid metal and same deal about having to send it back. I don't really like it and wish is was simple plastic or something.

Mulling over maybe 5% or 10% exposure. Trying to figure if it's best done within a taxable account, Roth or traditional IRA.
