Taking off suit jacket at beginning of interview?

FWIW, I totally judge people by their suit in interviews.

I've given a lot of interviews in the past and had people take off their suit coat and never thought bad about them. I want people to be comfortable while they are in the interview so they can be relaxed and thinking about the questions I'm asking them, not "How much longer is this interview? I need to get out of this coat"

Wouldn't this help show you how the interviewer deals under pressure? If they can't take their mind off some minor discomfort for an hour or so, how would they perform on the job?

I know someone who judges people based on if they are obese or not. He says if people are lazy outside of work they are probably lazy at work, too.
