Yes I have it. It's awesome. The knit sides on that shirt is ridiculous and its construction is really exceptional. The back is the same as the mid section in the front etc. I wish I had gotten the version with oceans/check fabric down the middle that snake shared, but it wasn't produced in my size and was japan exclusive.

I wish the AW12 version wasn't asymmetric.

It's basically a sock made of really supple leather, attached to the sole, with a stiffer piece of leather that comes around from the back to secure the foot and create the oxford shoe look.
