I've gotten doubles when I've purchased in the past, but yes for all my high end shoes I just email the company for replacement laces. They should send them to you free of charge.

I don't think any retailer in the US is stocking them. They did a trunk show last year in NYC (I believe it was at a hotel but @George Red can confirm)
