I’m now sort of in the brake point, whether I do order something or wait for some standard shirts restock-hopefully oxfords will be among them. I totally do not have a mood to wait for 3 months though.

Trying this cotton suit thing again. This time in navy stretch cotton. I'm trying a 38 slim jacket and 32 contemporary trousers. Came out to $166 with the SALE 20 code. Fingers crossed.

For those of you who are fans of 3/2 roll jackets, I've had my tailor add a third button hole on two different jackets last month. They both came out great. I'll probably have it done to this navy stretch cotton jacket if the fit works out. Yes, I am that guy.

Yes I take in 35 contemp to a 31-32. Seems to work fine for me
Okay sweet, thanks!

Last question, how versatile does everyone find navy trousers to be? I'm trying to think of how I'd wear a pair of the navy trousers as separates, but nothing comes to mind!

I wore my 100% linen trousers from a couple years ago all summer.

They worked with my rust check jacket, and also work with my olive green linen jacket.

Also work great with basically any pastel shirt colour or polo.

Honestly? I've thought about having that done to a jacket I've worn to death for a few years. On windy prairie days I pop the lapel and wish I could button it a little higher. But then I thought I was just being crazy. Now I'm going to ask my tailor if he can make it happen. Thanks for speaking truth to power and setting me free.

Well I am sure they would be versatile as much as Navy Chino's would be... Although I prefer medium gray's for separates with pants. That could have to do with me not needing very much formal clothing however lol

This is the whole reason I'm not ordering/been holding off ordering. Lots of nice navy pants available but I have a few already and it would be a waste somewhat to buy some more and not use them much. Then again maybe these would fit better and get more use... I've read a ton recently on the whole debate of navy pants and it seems if you don't wear a sport coat with them, and go more casual with shirts/sweaters/polos +/- outerwear, they could work barring if you get self conscious with the whole half suit thing.

My guy charged me $10. Money well spent IMO.

Pini Parma is about to release a similar coat but with a smaller print. You can see it here.

How would you folks say thew Sondrio Cotton/Linen pants with the side adjusters would fare to be worn casually (t-shirt, polo, madras, etc.)? Looking for a nice linen blend pant for the summer, and there is one available in my size
