Any Feedback on This SC, Full Canvas, Do you Find (conmtp) It To Be A lil Slim?

View attachment 1898051

See my earlier post #76,995 in this thread.

My pic wearing this full canvas jacket is a 46R Contemp.

My pic right below that with the full canvas Fox Bros. S&M jacket is a 44L Contemp.

Based on what I have, I would say that this jacket fits just a bit slimmer than other 46R Contemp. I have bought from S&M.

Sir, If I Were You, I'd Go Ahead And Buy The Remaining One, Sounds Like You're Going To Get Dirty, Real Dirty!

Ahahah this guy.... I like how my wild cocaine fueled orgy with very expensive Romanian escorts (that also have PhDs in applied math and are serving fighter pilots in their air force) is just another Tuesday afternoon for COACH @1st Step (Greene Jackal indeed!)

I'm glad you (presumably intentionally) skipped over any semblance of bottoms entirely...
No Need For Trousers, With Hookers And A Gold Finger AK-47!

Dicks out for Rick and his revolving door of customer service staff who work hard get to us stuff we don't actually really need ("I have this in stone and in cream...which leaves off-white, pearl, and smoke....")... eventually.

Edit: In case it wasn't obvious, the AK is chambered for 7.62mm blocks of more cocaine, laced with gold powder. No trigger disconnectors on my boat: 30 round mags only, full send.

I decided to keep the cavalry twill trousers but I struggle to find an occasion for them. As another user noted, the fabric could easily pass as workwear, but I'll never wear them for actual work- that's what Carhartt dungarees are for. The fabric is essentially casual in appearance but it's also too stiff to be really comfortable. When I want a casual fall/winter trouser, I'm reaching for my moleskins and corduroys. These trousers, sadly, may go unworn until the next time I ride a horse.
Okay I was going about these the wrong way. I've been wearing them this week with OCBDs, Iron Rangers, and a rancher jacket. So basically I just sub them in for denim jeans. I have in fact done some brush clearing and chainsawing with them and they performed admirably. Also they look like something John Wayne would wear and who doesn't like the Duke?

Wore one of my pairs today as well. BD shirt, v neck sweater, suede derbies. Threw on a suede jacket and suede gloves with a wool scarf while outside. Simple yet elegant.

Would like to pick something up during this sale. I have always wanted a grey herringbone jacket but I feel the POW is more versatile. What do you all suggest? I have a variety of trouser colors

Depends on how you plan to wear it and with what. FYI, the latter is not the Neo cut.

The herringbone is really intricate. Upon close inspection, it has an ecru hue in the fabric rather than being truly black and white.

I say the herringbone, but I am bias because it is Harris Tweed; Especially since this fabric was made for S&M

Herringbone tweed by Harris is way more interesting. The PoW looks like something a half dozen different mall brands might sell.

Definitely the herringbone. You’ll be surprised at how versatile a “gray” herringbone is. And for what it’s worth, when you pick up a glen or POW check you’ll probably get more mileage out of a brown in that pattern than you would a gray.

Thanks everyone. I went with your recommendation and can’t wait to get it!

Hello All
thinking about trying some various OCBDs. Anyone have recent any info on shrinkage? Are you sizing up?

I generally like to run OCBDS through the dryer or send them out for break in purposes …..

I've started ordering +1" sleeves. Also the collar usually shrinks just past the point where I'm able to button up comfortably but I don't wear ties with OCBDs so no biggie.
