How significant is the button stance drop from Regular to Long jackets? I'm waffling about trying out an Long model (size otherwise remains the same), and would very much prefer a semi-notable drop it button point.

I bought a pair of olive trousers in cotton/stretch in September, wore them no more than six times, and the seam in the crotch popped completely last week. Luckily, the fabric did not tear and they've since been repaired however it also makes me wonder about QC. Along with you, this also makes me hesitate to buy other products.
I haven't had any crotch seam rip thus far. Usually crotch rips and wear is due to a too tight seat/thigh area, but could have been a one off thing

I think it was a one off thing because the rest of the trousers I have from them have held up fine. All are the same size and seem to fit the same way.

In the end, I was happy I was able to have the pants repaired.

Just received my first custom shirt from Spier. Planning to order more during their current sale.

Anything I should change? My thought was to shorten the sleeves 3 cm and change to a “very sloped” shoulder (this one is with the normal shoulder slope).

Thanks!

I assume this hasn't been washed yet? Perhaps determine any adjustments post-wash?

Agreed, based on the creases it looks like this is straight out of the box. Definitely give it a wash and iron and see how it fits. Move around, sit at a desk, do the norm and see if it's comfortable.

Sleeves look pretty bunched up, but a little shrinkage from a wash might fix that.

Anybody know if orders are shipping slow right now? Its been 5 business days and no shipment. Not normal for me.
This often happens to me. I ping them, ask when my order will ship, and get a shipping notification shortly thereafter.
