SNS Herning- fits?

I take an xl in old stark. shoulders and chest fill out

Ion i took a L and fits slightly large (sleeves, body and shoulders are a touch big). May have gotten away with a M but I dont mind a little extra drape. Def go tts or down one for ION

For Memento I went with XL and fits great better than L in ion

trying to make sense of your ion sizing

lists model as having a 39" chest and wearing a L. how does this fit you with a ~42" (iirc) chest?

I don't know about you, but that looks a little large to me. Might just be his posture

I'm going off the sweater (WHICH I HAVE FOR SALE WINK WINK

) so it might be different.



The shoulders are pretty wide. You can see it if you look closely on that pic. I think they are almost 19" for the size L. The Ion is also incredibly stretchy. I have a 42" chest and I'd probably be better off in a medium tbh.

L is probably good for 42-45" chest. 

+1. I ordered a M for my 39-40" chest and like the (trim) fit. So if I were a 42, I'd order a L. I will say that although I like the fit through the chest, the arms are exceptionally long, so I fold up a cuff of 2-3", even though I have 36.5" arms (look how far the sleeves come down on the model in the picture, despite the fabric bunched on the forearm).

hey first time poster to styleforum, but lurking sns thread for awhile now (stumbled upon this thread via google the first time i got my bf a sns cardigan). i just bought an sns fisherman crew grey sweater at the french garment cleaners co. in brooklyn sample sale for $60 for him.

also i am female and bought two sns womens sweaters from the mill mercantile sale so if you guys want to know about any of the female fits, i can try my best to answer... i got that sweater (private blouse) from the second pic NAMOR posted from those set of womens sns items, and a fisherman crew navy mix.

this emergent sweater http://www.fransboonestore.com/sns-herning-emergent-sweater-dark-blue was left at the sale in L and i think XL for $102, so if anyone in new york is around, it's worth checking out the sample sale, lots of good stuff from good brands.

Nice snag on the Fisherman's crew! I'd swoop that Large Emergent in a heartbeat if I was in NYC.
