Saw it. With all the hype I thought this movie was going to be more aware of how silly it is, but I was disappointingly surprised at how much this film tried to be serious. I didnt think SLJ was as badass as I thought he'd be....he was almost a bit subdued for most of the film. I guess I was expecting a more over the top SLJ, like a "Jules" on speed type of character.

Exactly my feeling--I think the film would have worked that way.
