It's something that plagues shop and sales websites now. One of the reasons I really like Japanese clothes sales sites (apart from the clothes) is that they are resolutely old school and have straight list views with icons. Ebay still do this too, although you have to select it as an option.
Not only that, but it only "sticks" so long. I think like every 30 or 45 days it gets reset for me and I immediately switch it back to list view. Seriously, it's not a little thing for me, I don't know if I've got a psych problem or what, but I find the listings in multi column format to be practically unbearable.

If there's no option for a list view, I'm not sure I'll be bothered to use B&S anymore.
I can't quite say I'd abandon it, but it'd bug me enough that it would have an impact.

The new Watched Threads page defaults to an order that is not reverse chron, requiring that I click to view all watched threads. Also, the menu bar is blank on iOS.

Also wish that I could choose how many posts/conversations I view per page.

How do you even find your watched, or subscribed, threads?

I've been fiddling around for the better part of a day now and all of threads that I used to typically check - Australian Members, Watches, Movies and various others - have disappeared from my entry page. When I go to my own profile and click on "subscribed" threads, I don't get anything.

Also, all of my PMs for the past 12 years are now showing as unread.

Edited to add: Aha - just noticed that there's a button up near the top of the SF front page that says "watched threads". Clicked on that and saw the usual suspects reappear.

You can also get there by hovering FORUMS in the menu bar, then over the caret to bring up the sub-menu. Watched Threads is one of the options.

Wait... You can't see who liked posts in mobile view and it won't let you switch to desktop view on your phone? How the Hell am I supposed to form opinions on people's political views in the Cesspool on the go?

Don't worry they evened the playing field. You can't see it on desktop either.

So is there a way to make "all watched threads" (vs. "watched threads with new messages") as your default dashboard? It's kind of a PITA to have to hit the Watched Threads button constantly.

IMO the styleforum revamp really blows! It used to be very user friendly now it takes an hour to figure anything out. Still not able to post on the buying and selling. I am assuming there are a lot of "bugs to be worked out?" Meanwhile I'm taking a break, I spend too much time on the computer anyway.
