Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this but here goes:

How do I type a hot or live link to a member. I've tried "@" and then their forum name but it remains black and not blue.
If you have your text editor set to rich text, then you can just use "@". If you are on the old BBCode editor, you need to put the username between @ and

I would strongly recommend the rick text editor, which is a lot easier to use.

Is it possible to change my username without creating a new account?

Thanks!
Email me at [email protected]. We typically don't allow second accounts, and the mods routinely sweep for them, so I would really discourage that route. We change usernames in the case of privacy concerns. If you are just bored with your name, we do request that you make a small donation to the Ronald McDonald House charities (at least $20) because changing usernames all day gets pretty onerous.

Why doesn't it ever work for L'Incandescent though?

It appears my reply didn't actually post which is too common due to my ****** work internet.

How do I use the rich text editor? Isn't that the default?

I've tried multiple ways, but I think it is the ' in Linc's name that causes the issue.
