If biz-cas compatibility is your top concern, the blind eyelets and lower profile on the one in the middle probably make it a little more office-friendly.

Another vote of support for the Margielas. If that slight bluish hue on the sole registers in person, all the better. I was eyeing a pair of those same Margiela boots from a previous season recently before I snoozed and lost on em.

It is very shiny. It is pretty specific so not sure how versatile if that matters to you.
