unless there's something specific to those two, have you checked out left field's cone selvedge duck canvas? have a slim and regular cut, quality is great on mine. extra length in the inseam to do a chunky cuff for workwear fits too

I don't disagree regarding the denim ones...I think I find their awfulness attractive in a weird way that I probably shouldn't, and I get that. I'm not sure I see what's wrong with the French blue chinos, though...I think SVB looks rather dashing in his.
Caine hopsack blazer, french blue chinos, and Carmina double monks

I'd definitely be into Left Field's, but last time I looked around I couldn't find the selvedge duck in the slim cut.

Kind of looking for a pair of grey boots but not really. So of course I'm considering metallic side zips.

I think I'd need black trousers to wear with it. All I have now are black and blue jeans and a pair of faded blue chinos. Please convince me not to get these.

Really want a field jacket (wish I could find the gray Ervell one from last winter), debating if I could pull this one off

"hey you know those perfectly good paul smith boots i was thinking about? well i decided they'd be so much better with seams everywhere. seams seams seams seams seams"

you can't see them with pants over them, they look more elegant with cap toe than the PS
