I scored these on eBay and they arrived yesterday. Last pair for a while after the demise of the AUD.

The seller was very particular about the measurements and I took a chance based on the fact vintage shoes are usually one size smaller. The INSIDE Width is 3 7/8 " (9.8 cm); and the INSIDE Length is 12 1/4 " (31 cm). The OUTSIDE width is: 4 1/4" ( 10.5 cm); and the OUTSIDE length is 13 (33 cm).

The most remarkable thing is that they are 13 AAA and actually fit like a 11.5D/E /11C.

I wear an orthotic and could still fit them snuggly and with a little stretch....

maybe someone here can help:

i plan on ordering a pair of C&J Cardiff's from pediwear. I wear a 7 in Alden's on the Barrie last. Now, as far as i knew, UK sizes were just one size down. IE, if i were to buy a 6.5 on pediwear, i'd be getting a US 7.5

Am I wrong, according to their shoe size converter it's only a half size.

I've just bought a nice pair of tan J. Wilton shoes. They are italian and completely handmade. Does anybody know this brand? They are good made, only a little flaw in the exterior color, but with a good polish with the right product they were great.
Pics aren't really great, but in the first you'll see the colour quite similar to the real tan.

Those look like good, classic cap toes. I don't know anything about the maker though.
