I bought this S&M Fresco suit some time ago and am unsure on the shoulder/chest fit. I'm soon to turn fifty and at that stage of life where my older 42R suits are too tight but this 44R seems a little wide/roomy in the shoulders and chest. This suit would be to wear only once or twice per year in Australia where I'd likely be the only person wearing tailoring anyway. Am I overthinking this? Thoughts?

I wouldn't keep it. The upper back and arms are far too wrinkled. The lower back is too tight--there is too much inward curve from the shoulder line to the bottom. The button point is too high and the sleeves are too short. You might be better suited to a long instead of a regular.

Seems to fit well enough.

Dunno if that’s the 42 or 44 but whichever, it’s to small to my eye.
