what would be a seam ripper? you mean a needle or an specific tool?

kind regards

i think the web store only reflects SESF inventory, u should try calling SELA (the discount may not apply to a phone order though) or SENY

i made a simple request for the jeans i didn't get a yes or no answer. so i assumed since its something i always do when i order from gordon i didn't think it was a problem. guess it was a no. thats what happens when you try to mix it up and give other people business.

I stopped by SENY the other day on my way to Epaulet, which is a few doors down. I have been meaning to come in for a while and I'm glad I did. I've been looking at the Selfedge website for a while, but seeing some of the items in person was great. I didn't purchase anything, but hopefully will in the future. I spoke with Thomas and Allen for a while, and they were both very friendly and helpful. I've bought a couple pairs of denim from BiG in the past couple years, but perhaps my next pair will be from SENY. The shirt/jacket selection is also very impressive. Such cool stuff.

Keep it up guys.

Take a look in the back pocket; did you see some scraps in there? Those were the leftover cuffs that you requested. I was the one who chainstitched your jeans and I put them in there myself, so I know that they were there. The leftover pieces were VERY little, basically I cut off less than 1" in order to get your jeans to a 33.5" inseam. The website says that the starting inseam on a 634s-B is 36", but I think that the size 28 was more like a 35.5". You have to leave 1" of room for the chainstitch machine to roll the cuff when you make your cut, so I marked your jeans at 34.5". So that leaves you with at most 1" of jean material (possibly even less).
