On the website and other places, I stumble across a mythical being called the 'slim trousers'.

Does such a thing even exist? Or has it evolved into something else entirely?

They're the precursor to the work trousers (https://sehkelly.com/work-trousers). Much the same, but with a slimmer leg (so if you take in the leg on the work trousers you achieve an almost identical look).

One of our few perennials, the trench in weatherproof ripstop, is back in stock in most sizes (apart from size M in sand, due to a shortage of cloth).

And coinciding are the new photographs of the darker colour.

This is the ongoing development of the box coat, which I shared a few weeks back (https://www.styleforum.net/threads/s-e-h-kelly.277070/post-11611305) and which now looks quite different.

Still has the same cape shoulder construction, however, although now it is much less prominent.

The idea is that it will respect and follow certain traditions of old livery / box coats, but will take quite a few liberties and be very much its own long, fairly rugged workwear-uniform hybrid, possibly with a belt or at least a half belt, and quite a full length.

In the same way as the field jacket and shopcoat and engineer jacket are on the fringes of our collection, I have little doubt this will be the same, which I always feel gives us good license to take more risks and liberties with the form. For instance, it has ended up having an asymmetric lapel, which is something we haven't done before.

Here's a look at the updated fishing jacket, which we hope to release on the website later this week.

The main change since last time is the shoulder construction. It now has a saddle shoulder (akin to a raglan) but with the space between the "saddle" section straddled by an additional panel, which together means (a) you get a lovely soft, comfortable shoulder, and (b) you have two additional layers of cloth between rain and skin.

It also now has warmer / side pockets tucked behind the front bellows pockets.

And then of course it still has the humungous bellows pockets running all the way around the coat, built like a storage concertina.

And the detachable hood, of course, and with the collar that buttons at the front with hopefully the right amount of height and length to keep at just the distance from most if not all chins.

The fishing jacket looks great! Any particular reason why have you decided not to leave the corduroy collar?

Also, any updates on the anorak in mustard?
