I'm a neutral runner ( very slight supination ), swear by Mizuno's Wave Rider series for many years and wear the Wave Rider 11 and 12 on a rotating basis at the moment. I'll definitely need a new pair in 3-4 months, will probably act contrary to my usual "never change a winning team" principle and try something new, though...


It's the Wave Inspire I believe (I've got a bit of over pronation). Not sure how that'd work with a neutral runner like yourself.

That's a great shoe for overpronators. My best friend owns the Wave Inspire 6 for women and is super sold on them. Too much support/stability for my rather neutral foot type, though...

it was fun. i went with this hot asian chick. they set up a mini photo booth with big lights and then had you fill out a paper with 3 random topics/questions. they were really good about keeping you talking while they photographed you so that you acted natural. they are going to post all the pictures online and then select the best ones for their coffee book. it was fun
