The bible says tattoos are wrong. Why put a bumper sticker on a Ferrari? People with tattoos are rebels. What will happen when they get old? People with tattoos are just sheep. Finding a job will be difficult. Tattoos are responsible for the spread of Hep C. Tattoos are a total waste of time and money, and are for sailors, hippies, hipsters, and criminals. Finally, I have never seen a tattoo enhance a person's natural beauty. It is like doing a controlled burn in a beautiful forest.

Because the can't be moderated. there was a lot of abuse.  So, we had to disable them.  If the functionality ever changes, then we might bring them back.  Yes, this is why we can't have nice things, it's true.
