So the lemaire coat I got came in today it's kinda boxy in the body but also in the arms, kinda trying to figure out whether to keep or return to yoox, maybe have it taken in for like an extra $30?

having a tailor take in a lemaire jacket is like having a vegetarian dish with meat on the side. or putting sushi in the microwave. etc :foo:

All my Yoox orders have not delivered satisfaction lately, returning everything past few orders. Not sure if it's cause I don't need anything or I am just unlucky with what I'm getting

Also can't decide if I want to settle on green suiting from Patrik Ervell when the BoO is so much nicer but at least 3x more (6x more currently). Not gonna wear neither much but like the idea

How to buy even? Looks interesting... insulated one with fur looks nice too. That reminds me of what could have been: Drew's n-3b teaser.

Well half a year ago (something like that) I tried e-mailing them about a chesterfield and they didn't get back to me, so I don't really know. @nicelynice has a parka from them though, so you should ask him. You can also give FB a shot or try e-mailing them for the sake of trying.

@reedobandito congrats man

Which one did you get again?
I received the shirt jacket last week, the fabric is beautiful, but I'm also eyeing another piece in the same tweed and am wondering if it might not end being redundant. What to do, what to do...

Now seal the deal with some kind of terrifying, inhuman top.

What size did you get? I got a 48 and 50 because I was unsure of sizing. Boxy is real bad for me, so this may turn out to be another #yooxfail.

which coat are you guys talking about? I snagged the shawl collar pea coat thing and it's pretty nice. beefy melton wool.

I got that same one Parker but in a 40, it's not crazy boxy like the shoulder and length are perfect. I mean maybe it's just the arms, that really make it look more boxy than it is.

Yeah, that's been my experience with almost all the CL outerwear I own. Fitted in the shoulders and hem but wide in the torso and sleeves. That's just kind of his thing

yep… Dries also does that narrow shoulder, big arm thing. takes a little getting used to, but I think it can be a pretty cool look. I wouldn't alter if possible. I got size 2 (38) and it's still pretty big on me. I haven't been wearing much all black lately but I think I might keep it. :brooding parisian:
