I like the boots but the trousers steal the show...
They look like Charlton on the 373 last; are they? Beautiful boots which your photos show off well.A new pair of Balmoral-Boots from the Parisian Collection, purchased on saturday in Paris:

Yale Burgundy Cordovan
Yale is made on a new last, Last 391. An 'on trend', short vamp last that has been specifically made for Loafer production. Shell Cordovan is a unique material that has become synonymous with Crockett & Jones over the past 20 years, nearly as long as the house has been situated on Jermyn Street...us.crockettandjones.com
I just saw these. They look beautiful and I like the look of the last and lower vamp too.
I like the idea of these. Personally I prefer full strap loafers on a sleeker last, though, like Alden’s on the Aberdeen last. But this loafer in Whiskey shell and a short strap - not sure I could resist that. Maybe something for the MTO thread?
Yes, definitely on leather soles. I’ll reach out to C&J and see if it’s even a possibility to make it in Whiskey and with a short strap. On leather soles? I’d probably join in.
I’ve used the main store on Jermyn street several times and with great success. You can have any model on any last and if it’s never been made before you pay a pattern fee which I can’t recall the amount but it’s not a lot of money. Email and ask for Alex, she’s lovely.Hello everybody,
has anyone actually used their MTO service in one of their stores? In Paris they did not give me that many information. Calling the falgship store in London today I found out that also the last of a model can be changed, besides the sole, upper leather and even a half (80 Pound) and full (160 pound) patina is possible.
I am asking as I am interested in the Albany 4 as Adelaide oxford in medium brown, but on the more narrow 373 last instead of the, at least for my foot, relativly volumenous 367 last.
Enjoy your day and best regards
Pascal
