^ LK, those are all awesome, and have cool, rare **** on them. The Hammer coupe is indeed rare, the white SL is just a normal 560SL with AMG aero and wheels on it though, not a complete car turned out by AMG. AMGs were huge in Japan in the bubble days, now favored mostly in white wagon form by housewives, and in triple black on black by the yakuza.

I mentioned them earlier in this thread when Huntsman was big upping that wack Lister timewarp. Koenig has ruined many a good Ferrari in their time. That Hammer LK posted above though, original Hammer coupe with AMG wide flares, the electric Recaros

That thing was originally dutied, circa 1990, to be the hot $300K car that some Japanese party guy would drive to Shinagawa parties, and do lines of coke in while bumping MC Hammer.

Old school AMG's rock. Japan has such a huge collection of them, including a w202 c55 for sale(or was for sale). I'm def gonna import one when the time is right.

It's still 3 years from being eligible (needs to be 25 years or older)... it's a 1988 it says. There's also the thing about being $140K...

That black Hammer coupe for about $50K is a much better deal...

Curious that it's that pricey--I can't imagine there's a lucrative collector's market for that sort of car yet. One can get a 500E or a very rare 450SLC 5.0 quite inexpensively even.

I suspect it was very expensive when new though.
