There were a pair of prps on sale at a shop in town for 90 bucks. They were a size 34, and I am a 33 that can squeeze into a 32 on occasion. Anyhow, the thighs and mid section were very slim, and the waist was gigantic.

I wanted them, but I just found that they did have a very unique fit, mostly the ratio of waist to thigh/crotch.

Although I don't have any pictures yet, I just want to say I love the fit of the APC rescues. I like the slightly larger leg opening on the rescues, and after only a month of wear, they are starting to develop some awesome whiskers and honeycombs.

I'm usually a 29 in STF jeans, but got a 30 in the PRPS. The thighs were painted on for like a week, but have stretched out a good amount. Fits great now

more detailed pictures. The denim on the PRPS is very unique, I'm very happy with the fading properties of this jean, the zimbabbwee cotton is really interesting, and indeed very soft,

Whoa. Dig the hardware: buttons, leather patch - and wait, are those suspender buttons?

very nice.
i saw an almost exact pair of PRPS at Saks Outlet the other night on sale from $345 to $159 and I was very tempted to buy a pair 32 it fit very sweet and the look and the denim is superlative.

However, the whiskering on the behind the knee fell in the wrong spot. Looked very stupid, i could not buy it.

BINGO!

That is the reason many of on this board vastly prefer raw (in some cases, resin-treated or one-washed) jeans; we can actually participate in the aging process - live with our denim, so to speak. With some patience and luck, the fading will be as authentic and personal as they could ever be.

Got it, shoe?

My newest project, Kicking Mule 1980 in Black Selvage, these were after 2 days wear, and still extremely stiff...

Very nice Kiya! My IH pair is still on rotation, I've had mine for a year--I got lucky because I have the arcuate version
