I think the Visodate is a great looking watch. Had it been slightly smaller and without the day complication (no date would be even better), I'd jump on it - especially at that price.

I've always felt the same way; would like it much better if it lacked the day feature.

There aren't many watches (if any) that I like that have the day on a disc. Not a fan.

Fellow PMW enthusiasts, I'm seeking advice. I'm thinking about buying the Tissot Visodate as a casual watch - to wear with sportcoats, or jeans. It's currently on sale at Jomashop for US$379, plus $30 shipping. Anything similar I'm over looking at a similar price point?

It may be too much of a swing, but have you considered the Kent Wang Bauhaus?

I have this watch and love it! It's 40mm, but looks smaller on my tiny wrist. Something about the aesthetics of this watch really appeals to me. I've seen hardly any other watches I like better, regardless of price.

I'm actually thinking about a more practical fix.  If I get both the SARB017 and the SARB035 I can switch as both are more appealing to me with the others bands.

Check compatibility of the end pieces of the bracelet. Pretty sure they're not exchangeable without modification.

I guess I'm now a Seiko guy (again). I received the SRP583 and I have a SARB035 on order. I'll post pics and first impressions after I've had a chance to spend some time with them.
