Need some help on cheapo Seiko's.... shopped a couple and one of them, SARZ005 has a very sub-standard bracelet. The parts connecting the end links and the rest of the bracelet clatter and are generally just too... well, cheap.

After bit of googling, couple of solutions spring to mind. Any experience, if:

a) SARZ047 bracelet is a good one and where to source one or similar Seiko original/good aftermarket?
b) any good mesh bracelets for this, seems to be 20 mm lug-to-lug

Leather is not an option, so needs to be metal. NATO is the last resort :)

I would Google Watchadoo, they are on e bay, I got one of their bracelets and found it to be superb, I recommend them and the company that sells them (I am not connected in any way other than a former customer) I posted a couple of pics a couple of posts back.

Hope that helps.

My Seiko SNK809 just came in with some Clockwork Synergy straps from Amazon. Smaller than my other watches but I think I'll still get a lot of wear out of it.

Got a nighthawk from recent amazon sale:
1000

1000

1000

1000

1000

Just waiting on a strap to put on it as it's a bit too hot for metal bracelets now

Thanks, great link. Looks like most of the stuff is for Seiko divers, so not a perfect solution but I'll send them a note.

A few modest contributions...

Vintage Swatch "X-Rated." It's as old as I am and I think it looks good but I don't wear it very often.

Can't go wrong with the Timex Easy Reader.

My current favourite, the Victorinox Swiss Army Maverick GS. Not exactly appropriate for scuba diving but it would be fine if I dropped it in the sink.

Does seiko do any decent quartz divers?

I've been inspired to find one since Shinzo Abe's visit.
