Talking different colours...I just had my Radwells done by a patina artist. This is how they turned out..

Really nice boots and really nice patina.

I have the same shoes but I use them very rarely for some reason. Maybe now as fall comes and the weather starts to get a bit colder I need to take them from storage and try again...

Thanks AJV they're a lovely boot actually. Yes definitely try again ;)

Here in the UK we are likely to have more cooler days than warmer. .and I've found myself wearing Chukkas on some cooler summer days.

I'm currently looking for a scotch grain boot and really like the styling of the Cambridge boot. A bit concerned by the lack of storm welt but it will be used in the city most of the time.

How would you guys compare the last 87 against C&J 337, Carmina Detroit or Alden Trubalance? Especially the toe box and the instep?

BTW, J Crew AS are listed as US sizes using a 1/2 size conversion.
So US10.5 = UK10.
