Opinions on MTM suit with hacking pockets?

I had this suit commissioned recently, having wanted a lighter gray glen plaid/prince of wales suit for awhile. I ordered straight pockets when visiting the tailor but it came back with hacking pockets. (I'd overlooked that this error was listed in the confirmation email they sent me after the fitting--I at first decided I'd go with them because I thought they looked good at first sight but after a couple weeks I'm hesitant). Thoughts?

I work in a fairly conservative environment on the east coast USA.

edit: And in any case, could they even be changed within reason if sent back?

I personally like hacking pockets and have been commissioning my jackets with them as of late. I think they look fine in your pic.

Hacking pockets are definitely more a trendy euro look.

Personally I hate them and on a suit that is so traditional it looks rather odd. Now on a SC that is super trendy for jeans and is almost "disposable fashion" I think it would be ok but not on a suit IMO.

You don't know anything about what's "traditional" in tailoring obviously.
