What the general consensus on Eric these days - I think early on, most of us here agreed he was still learning to cut. But he seems to have improved since he started working with gallo & now bemer.

But then there are fittings like this one which are less than encouraging.

Anyways, I was just curious - How much is he charging these days? Not that I’m in the market for a new tailor but I’m just curious.

What is 'less than encouraging' about this fitting?

For what's exhibited, I believe it's actually a great first fitting.

It looks square because the shoulders and chest were slim fitting on the mannequin and had to be extended/ let out.
Kotoro is losing his touch when Comrade can easily tell how square your jacket will look on you from it hanging on a hanger in a doorway. Can’t believe he didn’t pick up on that in any of the fittings over the last couple years.

No yet. If he gives me a discount I'll go ventless next order!
I’d go ventless too if he offered a discount - it makes sense if it’s less work!

I'm mostly satisfied. Button stance and lapel line are more upright than I prefer.

Even though it's tweed, it's a lot more stiff than the super spongey vintage camel hair coat. I think this works in it's favour though so it's not too floppy.

I'm experimenting with pressing the lapel lower to the bottom button.

Any tips are appreciated.
