Really? If I were a purchased Philipino bride, I might be reluctant to take the last name "Hitler," not matter how generous my new septugenarian husband might be.

I think that there are some other exceptions, for example if you decided to be polygamous with a woman named High Speed.

There is always hyphenation as a option, e.g. Long-Dong.

Well, I think there are legitimate, non-awful reasons not take someone else's last name upon marriage (although, it was important to us to have one last name between us). I just think not wanting to sound Asian when you are white is a bad one.

I've been pondering this very issue as I prepare for my first eventual sighting. I was considering going with the more terse "Foof:slayer!: ", but I think that in all the excitement I would end up shouting "Mafoofan!"

It's not so much the state-side locale as much as it is having to fly commerical aviation and then stay in a hotel that is small time.

Humiliating.

In your case, I feel that it is more likely that you will take your wife's name.

Just a hunch.

I wanted to take my wife's last name. It sounded better, but was far less useful in town.

And, in a surprising bit of relevance, the perp was wearing a Bill Cosbinacci-esque sweater and the police told me it was a Chinatown gang initiation. Perhaps Foo knows them.

How about "Bingo!"

Someone should create Mafoo Bingo. We can enter all the places Mafoo is likely to be spotted and then whoever sees him at those places can play:

Jay Kos, Bergdorf, Zabar's, Lalo, Javits Center, Carlyle, Central Park... Work.

I've never been to Katz's. We don't go down there.

Oh boosh!t! You just posted that picture of your autoshow outfit taken down near Lombardi's, which is further south than Katz's...

* BTW, who dresses up to go out for pizza?

That's how I always dress, weather permitting. True, we did go down there, but I wouldn't know that it's lower down than Katz's because I don't want to learn Manhattan geography below where the numbers end.

If I ever decide to get married she will most certainly take mine. I know you are trying to take stab at my phantom-homosexuality. However, I do not think I want to ever settle-down.

Matt, that was a very big timing statement. My mothers name is much more useful, but she still took my fathers last name.
