Oh yeah. Just for reference, the top pair is alden and the bottom 2 are Carmina. Heard back from Richard this afternoon and the Trickers soft square last in question is called 4537. Same last used for Piccadilly, Belgrave, Kensington and Mayfair.

nice - yes the 4537 models have tighter welts (and also closed-channel soles on at least some of the leather-soled versions)...
btw - will trickers do a veldtschoen boot for GMTO?

Dunno if the 81 comes in a 6 width, but past GMTOs the factory has required everyone get the same width.
I wear the same size as I do in the 2298 last. As for how I like it, it's very good. Seems to match up well with my foot.
