YOOX sucks, I ordered this year 12 times and returned 11 times now I got called they stop delevering for too many returns. Well than I will spent my money at Mr. Porter there CS is the best!!

Yes no joke. My order got rejected and called to ask why the reason was to many returns, but I also kept for thousand of dollars.

Damn I have some orders stuck at 2 weeks or so, hopefully this isn't the case as I've been returning a bit more recently. Still crazy that Yoox would do that

No I didn't do anything to the clothes; here you can see my orderlist i don't think this is abnormal at all. As I said earlier I also kept for thousand of dollars.
