I am not good at yoox - if they send you a personal code, how long until it expires normally?
Whenever I received a code it always came with an expiration date. Some codes still worked after their expiration dates, some didn't.

Can folks estimate their YOOX return rates? I imagine mine is 70-80% over the last 12 months but probably around 50-60% over the life of my account since 2003. I am basing that on number of items returned - not the dollar amount of what is returned.

I ask because I have been doing some post-Covid updates to my wardrobe but laser focused on the styles I want so I’ve been retuning a lot lately. I usually send any returns back on the very next business day after I receive the package - so I never hold the merch for the allowable 60 days. Some orders have been returned in full but others are partial: for example, the value of the order might be $1800 but I keep two shirts that are worth a combined total of $700 and return the rest. The last time I was worried about this YOOX upgraded me to their SUPERSTAR status, but I have not had that loyalty level in years because I stopped shopping on YOOX regularly around four years ago as it had lost its luster. However this year I have gone HAM, and I’m all in again. They did just invite me to be a YOOX insider but there don’t seem to be many perks with that.

Has anyone been banned for returns recently? What’s your experience? Should I worry or am I being paranoid?

It’s a concern because YOOX owns or operates the eboutiques for other places I shop such as Mr. Porter, Net-a-Porter, Maison Margiela, Bottega Veneta etc. If I get blocked on YOOX it’s not just a unilateral move.

I've been returning around 60%-80% consistently - I buy a lot of suits that turn out to not fit great. No issues so far. The stuff I buy is cheaper too, if you are actually buying $300 shirts I wouldn't worry.

YOOX is promoting Friends & Family (in the US at least) today. It actually started Monday but they are only just now sending emails ?. I’m not seeing major rock bottom pricing but there are some things that were very pricey that have been marked down to a point where it’s a great value now.

Hi all,

I'm new to Yoox.

Going off of that is there any menswear you would recommend to steer to or alternatively steer clear of?

I know-kind of a broad question! :/

YOOX normally has free shipping in the US above $200 but it’s charging me $9.95 now. Is this the same for everyone or am I being singled out or something? Can someone check?

Just checked and it’s not just you - they don’t seem to currently be running a free shipping promo.

Thank you so much! I called and they said no free shipping available at this time. I suspect they are testing to see if orders are effected to see if they can charge us for it going forward or if there is excess sensitivity to it.
