Unfortunately, with a built of a bodybuilder, you are going to have difficulty finding a OTR suit that fits your body type. I am afraid MTM would be the best route.
Is it even possible to fit a bodybuilder into a suit properly? Even bespoke? I can't comprehend how a tailor could even begin to work around those quads and glutes -- not to mention the back and shoulders.
When you are the size of Jay Cutler or Phil Heath or Ronnie Coleman... I think not. But there's a photo of Arnold in his good old days wearing a SC (Ican't find it) and looks very normal. I think that bodybuilders from these days are massive compared to the old guys. I think there is always a limit.
