I just received my new Filson catalog. It features the new Passage collection of luggage. In my opinion, the look and the construction appear to be not very good. In fact I would say it looks like cheap no-brand luggage you get at closeout stores. I'm surprised that after so many good moves by Filson recently that they would come out with this line of luggage.

I've handled them in person and the quality seemed okay. They're definitely ******* ugly though.

We have some in the store. The quality is fine. Both Dave and I are diehard old Filson style kinda guys. The stuff is out of the normal realm for Filson but it's a good move on their part. We found so far you either hate it or like it. With that said the look does kind of grows on you especially when you look at the details. We're both taking a piece home. Dave likes the messenger and I'm grabbing a briefcase. In black of course.
