My Pre-SF shoe collection. Beware.

Please excuse the blurry pics, I only had my computer's webcam. But I think that might actually be a benefit. Below is just a small example of the shoes I bought prior to knowing about SF. The black winklepickers towards the back are what I bought when I was a little more aware.

These bluish things were originally white, but in a last ditch attempt to improve them, I rubbed black polish onto them, which only made them worse. I'm only just starting to build a better collection that now includes a lovely toe-cap brown brogue, and bit loafers.

This could be a great thread. If I were at home I would take pictures of the three pairs of Kenneth Coles I bought in 2009, the last shoes I bought before I discovered SF.

I was being facetious. Most people here went through a dreadful ALDOs phase. Shoes are expensive, but the good thing is they last a lifetime. I have two $600+ shoes that I basically use as my baseline. Everything else is gravy.
