Has anybody had an MTM suit made in India?
Does anybody know of any companies or websites where I could send them my measurements and have one made there and shipped to the US?

Read this thread if you haven't already. A lot of the same considerations apply.

Online MTM/custom where you only send in your measurements are usually a gamble, particularly for the first order. It will help greatly if they can make a test garment and have the proper expertise to interpret photos of the first suit to make adjustments for the second.

That being said, Luxire is based in India and if you can send them a jacket and trousers that fit you well, they can make a pattern based on those as a very good starting point.
