Im not a fan of the cutaway or spread collars. I dig the jackets and the braces though.

I bought an old German deadstock/NOS perma-prest shirt

Didn't like the collar so converted it to a collar-pin:

Hey lads, I was wondering if you could help me in my search for 60s scarves. I think I don't know the proper term for them, but I'm looking for something akin to a bigger ascot but not as big as a regular scarf, that I could wear around my neck a bit like Fred in Scooby Doo :D

'Tootal scarf' usually brings up the sort of thing I think you're looking for:
Generally go for the all silk or all rayon ones rather than those with a wool backing if you want the flimsy effect.
The related links at the top of the ebay page, like Sammy and Duggie, are also worth looking at.

If you are anywhere near here https://www.urban-village.co.uk/ , they often have a good selection of 2nd hand scarves at a decent price. They don't put all their stock on their ebay page.

Sadly I'm not based in the UK...

That shirt collar is where its at for me.
Agreed on the collar, very nice.

If you ever want to spend some time on the moth holes, a while ago I read about a technique where you remove threads from an inside seam and weave them back in with a sewing needle. I have an old tweed overcoat I'd like to try it on someday but haven't gotten around to it yet. Looks like it takes a lot of patience.
