Very interesting, thanks. Not sure when the various firms were acquired by/incorporated into Lobb. Some likely date to times prior to the mid-50's

Hi i am searching for information on where my Grandfather worked and came across this forum.
The company was G.Hart ltd, a shoe/bootmaker of some kind, he was sent there after being demobbed from the the Polish reform corp's after WW2.
Their address was Pancrass street Tottenham ct Rd.
Although i have paperwork from the army that confirms their existence, i can find no information on them at all.
John Lobb has confirmed to me that Granddad left harts to go work at Lobbs in the 70's.
Has anyone come across any info on G.Hart Ltd
