if you are a punk or metal head sure its not bad but a bit much IMO

The later self-consciously "punk" stuff yeah but the real deal was pretty minimalist Perfectos (ideally) or Lewis with maybe a pin or two that has some relevance to you.

Incidentally, I always forget how big Lewis lapels are until I see them next to a Schott.

Fidelity was a workwear brand. A lot of the fidelity ebay jackets are vintage and most likely cow/steer. If that's a relatively old jacket (80's or earlier), it's probably some sort of cowhide. They made lots of police jackets in the 60's and 70's, which were cowhide.

Fidelity was also most likely the manufacturer of the Indian Ranger jacket.

I just sold my Horsehide Addict DR because the chest was a little small. 100% horse. They don’t use Shinki, but it’s definitely very good

The look you’re talking about definitely came to exist. I was just saying the original looks on the New York scene were different (and IMO much more cool).

I don't know, I like the more adventurous look of later punks, goths, metal heads than the minimal early look. Maybe I say that because I don't like the Ramones.
